Unslop Search is a website that builds search URLs and opens them. It has no accounts, no server-side storage of anything you type, and no search history. This policy covers the website, which exists today, and separately states the intended behaviour of a browser extension, which does not.
Your search queries are never collected. The website does, however, use privacy-focused aggregate analytics for page views — detailed under Website below. An earlier version of this policy said the site used no analytics at all, which did not match what the site actually loaded. This section exists so the two cannot disagree again.
There is no published Unslop Search browser extension. The section below describes the intended data behaviour of one, so it is a statement of design intent rather than a description of shipped software. See the extension status page.

They would be used solely to add a mode parameter to search URLs. To be precise about the wording: neither the site nor an extension filters AI content out of results — both only change the request that is sent.
When you perform a search, you are redirected to your chosen search engine (Google, DuckDuckGo, Brave, etc.) with modified parameters. Your interaction with these search engines is governed by their respective privacy policies. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the privacy practices of these third-party services.
The unslopsearch.com website is a static site that functions entirely in your browser. Your engine and mode preferences are stored in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service provided by Cloudflare, to understand aggregate website traffic such as page views and referrers. It does not use cookies and does not collect personal identifiers. We never send your search query text to any analytics service — query text never appears in event names, URLs, or custom payloads.
When you use the website's search box, your browser navigates directly to the search
engine you chose; the query does not pass through Unslop servers. When you use Unslop
as a browser search engine, the query is placed in an Unslop URL
(/search?q=...) momentarily before your browser is redirected, and it may
appear in standard infrastructure request logs. Your interaction with the destination
search engine is governed by that engine's own privacy policy.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated review date.
